1. Introduction
ZENZJ Co., Ltd ("ZENZJ", "we", "us", or "our") operates the HY Tech mobile application (the "App"). The App is a business management tool that helps clinic and business owners and their authorized staff record receipts and expenses, manage debts and revenue, track attendance, capture supporting documents, and view operational reports.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable law, including Vietnam's Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Who Controls Your Data
The App is used by businesses ("Organizations") and their authorized users. For account and operational data that you enter into the App on behalf of an Organization (for example, financial records, customer or business records, and uploaded documents), the Organization is the data controller and ZENZJ acts as a service provider (data processor) that processes such data on the Organization's instructions. For technical and account information that we need to operate the App, ZENZJ acts as the controller. If you are an employee or authorized user of an Organization, please also review that Organization's own privacy practices.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide the App's features.

Microphone: The App does not record audio and does not use the microphone. On iOS, the microphone permission may appear only because it is required by the system image-picker component when video capture is available; the App never activates it.
4. Device Permissions We Request
The App requests the following permissions. You can grant or revoke each permission at any time in your device settings; some features may not work without the related permission.
- Camera — to capture photos of vouchers and supporting documents.
- Photos / Photo Library — to select existing images to attach, and to save attachments back to your library when you choose to.
- Location — to attach location metadata to captured photos for document reconciliation and to support attendance check-in. Location is accessed only when you use these features.
- Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint) — for optional quick and secure sign-in, handled on-device.
- Network / Wi-Fi state — to detect connectivity so the App can sync data reliably.
5. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- To authenticate you and keep your account and data secure.
- To store and display the records, reports, and documents you create.
- To synchronize your data between your device and our servers.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and data-protection requirements.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
6. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the App and only with parties bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations:
- Within your Organization — your records are accessible to authorized users of the same Organization according to their roles and permissions.
- Service providers — cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers that host and process data on our behalf.
- Electronic invoice and tax integrations — where you use e-invoice features, relevant invoice data is transmitted to the authorized e-invoice service provider you have configured, solely to issue or look up invoices as required by law.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting retention periods), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Business records controlled by an Organization are retained according to that Organization's instructions and applicable retention requirements.
8. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and role-based permissions, secure authentication (including optional biometrics), and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request deletion of your data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

10. Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, or by contacting your Organization administrator. Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, financial and tax records) for a mandated retention period.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is a business tool intended for use by adults (18 years or older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
12. International Data Transfers
Your information is primarily stored and processed in Vietnam. Where data is processed by service providers located in other jurisdictions, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
